Tierra Wright
MSN, FNP-C
Tierra Wright, MSN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 12 years of nursing experience and a diverse clinical background spanning primary care, urgent care, acute care, behavioral health, and home health. She is committed to providing thoughtful, comprehensive care while building strong relationships with her patients.
Tierra has experience evaluating and treating acute and chronic conditions, performing comprehensive assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing, managing medications, and developing individualized treatment plans. Her urgent care background includes treating common illnesses and injuries and performing procedures such as incision and drainage, matrixectomy, and suturing. She also brings extensive nursing experience in medical-surgical, psychiatric, intermediate care, and post-acute settings.
Known for her strong communication skills and willingness to continually learn and grow, Tierra takes a collaborative approach to patient care. She strives to educate and empower her patients while providing attentive, compassionate care tailored to their individual needs.
